The founder of iF360, İlter Fıçıcı, has over 30 years of experience in the food industry and specializes particularly in fruit and vegetable processing. Throughout his career, İlter Fıçıcı has led numerous projects involving the establishment of large-scale production facilities, process improvements, and investment consulting. Today, he provides strategic consulting services to companies looking to invest in the sector both in Turkey and across Europe. Providing deep expertise in areas such as investment feasibility studies, process development, technology selection, and market analysis, İlter Fıçıcı also closely follows new trends and developments in the sector, ensuring he always offers his clients up-to-date and practical solutions.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Ege University Faculty of Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Bilgi University Institute of Social Sciences.
In his professional career, he has held executive positions at Tamek Food, Döhler Food, and Nims Food. In this context, he has over 30 years of experience in the food industry, covering fruit juices, tomato/pepper sauces, fruit/vegetable preserves, jams and marmalades, ketchup and mayonnaise, ready meals, fruit juice concentrates, frozen fruits and vegetables, and freeze-dried fruit production.
He has taken on significant responsibilities in personnel management, training, and organizational structure in his various roles. With the experience he gained in these roles, he has personally led these processes at the facilities where he served as General Manager, Factory Manager, and Plant Manager.
The company has experience in the conceptual design, implementation, and development processes of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software for food companies.
Throughout his professional career, he has held active implementation and coordination roles in production, production efficiency, hygienic process design, product quality, new investments, efficiency, and capacity expansion projects at the organizations he has worked for. In this way, he has contributed to many successful projects.

In his most recent professional role as General Manager, İlter managed Turkey's largest freeze-drying facility investment and, simultaneously, Turkey's largest contract organic strawberry farming organization. Subsequently, he ensured the freeze-drying facility was commissioned using organic strawberries grown in the facility's contract farms.
The company has achieved great success with its performance since its first year of establishment.
